Coating Adhesive Charity

The end of 2022 Pura Coating and Adhesive have a big event for close this year, that is Coating Adhesive Charity. This event Charity with themen of FIFA World Cup theme, that is the reason some people use football jerasy at this event.

At the event you can find some tenat from every departement to sell food, baverage, groceries, etc, few percent will use to charity. And the tenat from committee sell tishrt, blouse, all about thrift cloths from employeees Coating & Adhesive, and you can find tenat games. All of income from committee will be use to charity.

Before the peak of the event of charity was opened with a quick eating contest and quizzes. And the main event is charity auction where all income will be used for charity. This event was also attended by invited guests from the HR Group and regional leaders of the 5 area Pura Group.

Training Changes Pura Barutama Coating & Adhesive Unit

In order to improve the performance & self-development of Pura Barutama employees in the Coating & Adhesive Unit, employees attended training with the theme of changes at The Wujil Resort Ungaran, on 10 - 11 September 2022.

The training event was attended by 50 participants and opened with Material Changes by speaker Mr. Eko Suseno and followed by a spiritual event. The material presented is motivation for employee self-development in carrying out each job responsibility and its implementation.

Followed by the second day with outbound games which was attended by a team from Mr. Eko Suseno, Coating & Adhesive employees were divided into several groups randomly so that they could further enhance cooperation.

Indonesian Independence Celebration Ceremony

In order to celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, from a series of events, various competitions on August 17, previously closed with the August 17 Ceremony which was held on the front page of Coating & Adhesive on August 18 starting at 07.00 WIB.

The employees of Pura Barutama Coating & Adhesive Unit were seen wearing traditional Javanese kebaya clothes for women and lurik clothes for men. The ceremony was carried out very wisely with the general manager of the ceremony, Coating & Adhesive, Mr. Christian.

Furthermore, the event was closed with a competition to decorate the cone between divisions and the distribution of prizes to the winners of the previous competitions.

Social Service Ramadhan

Month Ramadan is a holy month, a good month to share Pura Barutama Coating & Adhesive Unit visiting one of the orphanages around the factory site.

This social event was held at the Bakti Luhur orphanage on April 22, 2022, together with several representatives of the employees of Pura Barutama Coating & Adhesive Unit, by distributing food & goods that can be useful for the children at the Bakti Luhur orphanage.
